Address isn't showing after engineer has been out

Hi I've have the same problem my address won't show an engineer came out to install the cables with my landlord before the property was built so app the correct cables are already here I've been in contact with the engineer he said he sent off the details of the Property so the address should go live soon I've been waiting for around 2 weeks now and still nothing I spoke to the sales team and all they can tell me is that they can see the address has been sent off to the correct department and I just have to wait the address is live om other providers and even royal mail I don't no why it's taking so long as the engineer helped the landlord set up the property and he even said he has sent off the details to the correct department but he doesn't seem to have any other information for me he is waiting for the address to go live so he can come and wire up my apartment knowing the cables are all installed as he was the one who did it so we know 100% the property can recieve the data from virign media it's just the address issue holding us up now can someone help with this as we maybe have to go with another provider soon me and my partner work from home and are relying on 5g routers at the moment which aren't very ideal for our area coverage
