I’m afraid that you can’t, the VM Hub is a fairly crude domestic device, it just doesn’t have any ability to add routing information.
However, I’m afraid to say that what thy have told you is complete rubbish and meaningless. Routing information is a way of telling a device that “if I want to send traffic to this address (or range of addresses), this is where you need to send it first. This has nothing whatsoever to do with your problem.
Can I take it that you have a domestic VM internet connection with a credit/debit card machine connected to it? The card operators get a bit funny if you don’t have the machine connected to a completely isolated network - in theory another device (a PC or laptop) connected to the same network could intercept the data, decode it and gain unauthorised access to the card details. Banks are sensitive to this and often can kick off.

Security scan is failing might equally be read as the firewall is working just fine !
I don't recall anything like this from my time at Barclaycard. Card processing machines are intended to just work on domestic / business ISP connections without need for adjustments.
IP 162.211.152.1 lacks a DNS entry and appears to be Utah, USA.
Goodness only knows who it might be ...

Hey sunny12345, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this, also a warm welcome to the community.
Just to confirm is the the card reader not taking payments due to that issue?
How often has this happening?
Who is the provider of the card reader?
