Upstream also critical for gaming. Assume you are ethernet connected.

I do have lagg when i play shooter games, but it might be the gamer servers.
I have provided my upstream for you, and i do use ethernet.
The stats I have provided has a 10dBV forward path attenuator attached to the router already.

Game lag very often due to use of Wi-Fi & worse Wi-Fi Pods / Repeaters and Game server overload.
Upstream look fine too. This looks very much like our RFoG connection.
Leave the 10dB attenuator on the line, your Downstream signal are in the -7 to +7 dBmV preferred range, removing the 10 dB attenuator would exceed this and not be an improvement. Without the -10dB the Upstream signal level would be affected, Hub transmission level would drop.
