i don't have internet

hi i can't say i'm fine i'm having problems with this internet again it stops all the time it's so annoying the interesting thing is that a few months ago we had the same problem i complained to the company with phone calls it didn't work the clouds something happened on the network and they fixed it but now it happened again because we decided that after they fixed the problem there is no need to change the company but now we are in this situation I have never been so disappointed, I am disabled and the internet is very important about me....
