Hi. My hub4 has started flashing yellow and i'm not able to connect to the internet any more. Please could you help with next steps ? i have checked for known issues in the area and none have come up. Thankyou !

Also Try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level.

Sorry to hear that you've been having issues with your connection! We've had a look from our end and our systems indicate that you may be in modem mode - if this is the case, our diagnostic checks will be limited. If you are in modem mode, please pop into router mode for us so we can run further tests.
However looking at your upstream and downstream power levels, they all appear normal so there's no issues on the surface that we can see.
