Hi

Following the completion of a recent building project at my home I need to move the wi-fi box. Unfortunately the leads are embedded in a wall and I cant pull them back through without damaging them. How do I order replacement leads? I need a power cable, comms cable (the blue one) and an aerial cable (the white one)

Thanks

Andy

What exactly is this WiFi box?  Is it a Hub or a TV Box?

It would help if you stated which Hub as they are all different and use different PSU’s.  The Ethernet cable and co-ax cables are the same.

Best plan is to book a VM technician to do the wiring for you, at a fixed price of £25.

Hi @frogman

Welcome back to the community forums.

Thanks for reaching out regarding your request for replacement leads.

If you're looking to rewire the home, then this will need an engineer to attend to complete the request. This type of request does come with a call our charge of £25 to carry out this work.

If you're happy with arranging this, please do let us know and we can look into this further for you.

Hi Carley

I would like to arrange an engineer to visit please. Can you let me know how I go about arranging this?

Thanks

Hi @frogman, thank you for your response.

In order to look into arranging this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

Regards,
Daniel
