help me bad broadband

For weeks ive had the slowest intertnet i have hub 5. 

I stream for work and its now affecting my work as i can't stream my internet is always dropping, sometimes upload speed of like 1 or less

Reset my router atleast 20 times, no change, mmoved router closer to laptop away from fridge etc, no change

Use a ethernet cable, no help 

current speed= 

ping= 31.5ms

19.4ms
Download 42.4 Mbps
upload 17.7Mbps 
 
my jitter and ping is always super high, this current speed is a good one lol, anyways called virgin who tolsd me to reset the router done that no help. i am at my witts end

If you still think something is wrong, please check the following:

1

The temperature of your Hub 5x is normal.

2

Your broadband connection is working.

3

Gateway IPv4 address is valid.

4

Gateway IPv6 address is not valid.

5

Your broadband connection is ready.

6

There is no telephone service.

7

The device has low signal strength, please move it closer to Hub 5x.

8

Please place your WiFi device near the Hub 5x

 

im using a ethernet cable, the router is aprox 10 feet away from my laptop

With IPv6 I would suggest it’s VM IE. The OP will need to contact https://www.virginmedia.ie/contact/
