High ping. really bad at peak times,
I been suffering with high ping. Had 3 engineers out all said their is nothing wrong, showed them BQM and they pay no attention to it. online gaming is totally unplayable
Virgin customer service is also the worst its ever been. cant speak to a person only whatapp messaging service that say they can send an engneer that cant do much besides check you know how to plug into a hub correctly and check the cabinet outside.
Really at my wits end with the service at the moment here is todays BQM

Looks bad could be upstream retying with packets in the buffer as it tries to send them off and then delays them due to noise.
