High ping. really bad at peak times,
I been suffering with high ping. Had 3 engineers out all said their is nothing wrong, showed them BQM and they pay no attention to it. online gaming is totally unplayable Virgin customer service ...
Looks bad could be upstream retying with packets in the buffer as it tries to send them off and then delays them due to noise.
