change to e-billing

I have called the customer service a few times because I changed the communication to ebilling on website, but every month I still receive a paper bill. I checked on other posts in this community, and it seems that many people meet the same problem after moving house which I did a few months ago. I am tired of calling the customer service and still receiving paper bills every month! Can anyone solve this problem for me please?
