broadband and wifi low speed

last month took from m250 to m350  broadband, and i still cant feel better things.

all week broadband is going up and going down now at night my speed is 90+/-. how the hell we can play games and stream if all the time there is no stable broadband

and app/web shows there is no issues - ?!

same about wifi, we have so low connection all the time can see on mob that its always dissconnecting from wifi, cant even go to the garden normaly and second floor

To borrow your phrasing  ...

Why the hell did you pay for an upgrade and not resolve the problems with
your kit that caused you to see 90Mb/s on an M250 connection ?

Seeing about 90Mb/s max is typical for a 100Mb/s Ethernet connection,
find out what is causing that e.g. 10/100 switch, faulty network cable, 10/100 network adaptor.

To extend Wi-Fi coverage to the the upper part of the house and garden,
it is quite normal to require additional Wi-Fi Access Points / MESH / Repeaters.

looks like there is no point to wwrite topic, because random people writing answers not VM  (mby because its sat,sun) basicly no one cares .... lovely 

This is a community forum, not direct access to VM's support team, so not 'random' answers, just feedback from the community.

It can take several hours to a week for a reply from VM on here.

I'm not sure where you got the idea this was a direct form of communication with VM, considering you have been registered since 2021?

Thanks for posting and sorry to see you've been having some connection issues. 

I've had a look at things from our side, and can't see any immediate problems with the speeds.

Can you confirm if the issue is just when using WiFi? Can you confirm if you've tried a pin-hole reset of the hub?
