I can see this has been happening to others sometimes and resulted in an engineer visit.
Other usage is ok. I’ve tried restarting modem and trying to pull some packet data but VM connect can’t locate modem even when I’m right next to it and all my devices are working and on the internet.
Any other solutions to resolve?

Zoom is usually stable through a volcanic eruption and MS Teams is utter garbage on a mill pond connection.

Test with a cabled connection just to rule out the circuit. If it works cabled, you can start checking the WiFi environment.
