Wifi pod help

I’m going round in circles trying to get a pod … done the connect app test and told me took me to website to order but that directs me back to the app. Tried on chat but didn’t get further than a bot. Is there any other way to get the first one sent out?

What plan are you on? If your on 1gig you can get up to 3 WiFi pods free, I’ve got 3 work brilliantly, best thing to do is ring 0345 454 1111, if you’re in a new XPON area you’ll have a hub 5x, ask for the people who deal with 5x they’re the only ones who can order them, you should be put through but VM CS seems not to know who these people are, just ask to be put through, you should get there in the end,

I ask myself though why is it so difficult to speak to someone who knows what they’re talking about, been with VM for a year & everytime I ring, WhatsApp etc.m it’s always the same, awkward
