Wifi keeps cutting out

We have had virgin for a month now, and several times a day the WiFi cuts out. Even when only one device is on. Never had this issue with BT.

With BT did you have one or more BT Wi-Fi Repeater units ?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your WiFi at the moment. I have been able to look further into this and cannot find any issues with your connection or in the local area. How have things been running since you last posted?
