Hi.

Just had virgin installed and so far not a great experience.

Engineer installed in a far side of my house and now no signal past the centre or upstairs.

I can not seem to order via the VM Connect app as I've run signal tests.

Any help or virgin representative able to help before I cancel and go back to other media outlet.

Save a lot of time and grief, get known brand Wi-Fi Mesh from Amazon etc with enough nodes to cover the whole house in one go.

i did as suggested by earlier reply. I got a MERCUSYS 3 node mesh system from Amazon for £80 and it works a treat.
