Just noticed you responded to 4hc - did you miss my post from Monday?

Same problem as everyone else here - poor wifi in areas of the house (see screenshot on previous post), on the Volt package, but no way to order pods. Stuck in the eternal loop of app to website to app, which as others have said, feels designed to get people to just give up rather than get the pods they’ve been promised.

You will get nowhere even if you log a complaint.
They just direct you back to the endless loop you have been in.
I wouldn't order the Pods as they overheat and are dangerous.
