hey everyone having a bit of an issue with my wifi but il explain
just on the 17/01/24 at about 12.15am my internet went down but it was fine on my tablet
then on the 18/01/24 it still wasnt back fully but at about 11am my wifi on my tablet went out & ive not been able to connect to it since
then on the 18/01/24 at about 6pm my internet came back but the wifi still hasnt come back on the tv box downstairs or on my tablet yet & its starting to get fustrating as i need to do things that i cant do on my desktop but i cant because i got no wifi
my hub is fine as there is no loose connections or anything & is working like usual but the tv box downstairs (which is only been in just over a week) has the 2 green arrows flashing & ive tried everything but nothing seems to be working to get it to connect again

Can you clarify... the internet has come back up - is that on your PC? If so is that connecting on wifi or ethernet cable?
What Hub model is it and what TV box ?
Then check if there are any ongoing issues, check in 2 places
1) Try the “check service,”Area status webpage (https://www.virginmedia.com/help/service-status)
2) Then also Try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level.

yeah on my pc via the ethernet cable (its always connected) & everything else is connected via the wifi & i have no idea i think its the hub 3 from what it says & the v6 box (though never sure cause ive never checked but that only got replaced last tuesday(
but il see what i can do for now & see how it goes

im going to try the factory reset & see if that does anything as thats what its suggesting will update shortly
