WiFi pod won’t connect after new hub 5 installed

Hi, I am having the same issue after installing a new hub 5 yesterday and my WiFi pod for the hub 3 won’t connect. Can you help please?

Sorry to hear that - it sounds like your Pods are still paired to your old Hub, so we will need to re-pair your Pods to your new Hub from our end. 

I'll drop you a PM so I can take your details and get this sorted for you.
