Hi andrew1965golf,

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

We're sorry to hear your WiFi pod isn't working with your new hub. We will need to reconfigure this to get it working again but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.

I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊

Thanks,

Thanks for sticking with me via private message @andrew1965golf 🙂🙂

I have re-provisioned the pod to work with your Hub 5 now. If you can just reboot your hub, and pod, this should allow them to connect although it can take up to 10 minutes.

Let us know how things go for you.

Many thanks,

Hi, the pod light has gone out and is now showing on the connect app with devices connected. Thank you so much

Andrew

Hi Andrew,

Glad to hear your pod is now connected and showing on your Connect App, if you have any further issues, please do not hesitate to reach back out.

Regards

Paul.

Sorry to jump on the post but is there anyway someone could do the same for me please as I’ve just self installed my hub 5 today and am having the same problem with my 2 Wi-Fi pods. Thank you
