Hi I have installed my WiFi pod this morning ,the connect app picked it up " xba ********pod" so I ticked it as an assigned device, seems to be working.

Under unassigned devices a number came up " **:**:**:**:**:**

Anyone know what this is ?

Given the format, a MAC Address
If it is a genuine MAC Address you might get a vendor name from  https://www.macvendorlookup.com/

Comes up as  SERNET (SUZHOU) TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION in China

Thanks

Yeah I see that thanks,so should I tick it to assign it ? Because according to the Virgin connect app the Pod is working and it came up as " xba ****pod"

As soon as I unpause it it's named as an xba pod so I've supposedly got 2 which I haven't

Anyway the app tells me the pods working fine so I'll leave it at that.

Thanks
