WiFi Pods

grahamsmythe
On our wavelength

Hi,

Our old router packed up and Virgin came round and have installed a new router. We have 1gb and we also have three of those pod things so we're able to get a good signal around our house as it's quite large.

However, when the pods connected to the old router, there was no light on the front of the pods. Now the pods continually flash white and sometimes blue.

What do I need to do so they're able to connect to the new router? Do I have to reset them somehow?

Thanks

Graham

Contact VM support and request the all the VM Pods are re-paired to the replacement VM Hub.

It is more than disappointing that VM Engineers fail to do this when they are at the customer's home.
