WiFi Pods

Does anyone know how to order a WiFi Pod, I have two rooms with no connection, scanned with the app and no option to order pods. Tried to ring but impossible to get through.

  • Was just about to post the very same! I am also in a similar situation.

    All the advice on here (and on the VM website) says that the app will let you order if you get below 30Mbps in any room, however I don鈥檛 know what app is being used because it鈥檚 clearly not VM Connect! There is literally nothing about it.

    Please, please send a pod in this direction, thank you 馃檹

    Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here. 

    I am so sorry to hear you are facing issues with your signal and thank you for trying the test via the App. Can I just make sure, are you scanning the rooms by following these steps:

    路         Tap Start the scan
    路         Then Start the scan again
    路         While connect to WiFi, Tap I鈥檓 ready
    路         Wait 2 mintues for Scan
    路         Scan complete, Tap continue
    路         Tap Add a room, Tap the room you're in
    路         Start the Scan (do this in every room)
    路         Scan complete
    路         Tap Optimise WiFi now if an option
    路         If so, Tap Optimise
    路         Optimisation complete, Tap Rescan room, 
    路         Tap Start Scan
    路         Tap Order a WiFi Booster if an option

      I have scanned both rooms multiple times and the option doesn't come up.
