Evening,
I have carried out a network scan within app and there are areas within the house that have a poor signal (including office). The app states that I can order WiFi pods, but doesn’t state how - not very helpful.
I have tried customer services phone number, but can’t get through. Can anybody please advise.

We're sorry to hear you've had an issue with ordering a WiFi pod. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.

If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
