What are the android settings to connect to vergin media Horizon Wi-Free

I am trying to connect to Horizon Wi-Free According  to https://www.virginmedia.ie/myvirginmedia/productsandusage/fixed/mybroadband I just need to put in a username and password.  However when I go to connect on my phone, I am asked for values for the following settings.

EAP method
Phase 2 authentication
CA certificate
Identity
Anonymous identity

What are the android settings to connect to Virgin Media?

I have tried on and off for the last 4 years, to connect to Horizon Wi-Free however it just does not work.

I’m sorry, but this board only covers the UK, not Eire. You need to look at that .ie address.
