We are facing issues with Virgin media since morning where only some devices can connect to the internet and others have no working connection despite connected to internet.
For the devices working, it says internet speed is super fast but others have no joy. I tried restarting my router but nothing happened.
Can someone help?

We encountered a similar situation when our VM Hub unexpectedly changed to 2.4GHz Channel to 13.
On 2.4GHz using channels 1 or 6 or 11 is standard.
Moving the Hub back to 2.4GHz Channel 11 fixed this issue & our devices re-connected.
