I'm trying to sign in into the VM Connect App on android and it says it can't connect to server and to try again later.
This is happening for days now so I don't think trying again will work.
I tried deleting the cache and data but that didn't help.
Anything else I can do to get that working?

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having trying to login into the Connect App.
Are you able to login to any other applications such as My Virgin Media or TV GO with the same details?
Have you tried to remove and re-install the Connect App? If not, please can you give that a try and let me know how it goes.

Hi, I have the same problem, though on iOS. The login appears to work, but then I get the 'we can't connect you to the server' message.
I've tried deleting and reinstalling. I can log in to MVM on web with the same details.
Any suggestions gratefully received, as I won't be getting the time I've wasted yet again on flaky VM login back 😞
