Hi
I was just looking for some advice regarding the new installation at my property. The sub-contractor of virgin media simply dropped the cable in my front garden instead of putting some effort and burying it. Apparently there were some bees when he came out in that area and therefore he did no bother burying it.
I raised a complaint with reference C-1210231272 to virgin media after trying to reach some sort of resolution with them unsuccessfully but no one seems to care at VM. The sub contractor left a leaflet with his number on it but that number is never answered. I left numerous voicemails which are never returned either.
I will be adding a new lawn in spring next year and would want this cable buried underground.

Even if you get the contractor back, the end result is likely to be nothing more than the conduit being buried an inch or two under the surface.
If you are doing a big garden project in the spring, you'll end up with a much better job by doing it yourself, to a suitable depth, as part of that work when you have the turf up.

Hey @sahilsaid,
Welcome back to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.
Sorry to see that the cable has not been laid correctly, I would like to go about reviewing this with you, for me to do so I will need to confirm some information from you in a private message.
Joe
