Hi,
For the last 6 weeks my broadband has been unusable. <1MBps. I'm constantly told that there is a problem in my area and it will be resolved on X date Y days from now. Date X rolls around and and fix date is just extended again. It's so frustrating. Whenever i speak to VM they just repeat "Sir it will be fixed on date X" and just see unphased by it all - i'm paying for a service tht doesnt exist. I WFH a bit and it's impacting my work.
I want to leave VM as i am now out of contract but not sure whether that will be any better, if there is a local problem dont know whether that extends to open reach. Wondering if anyone else has any knowledge of whats going on or whether these things do end up getting resolved?
