VM DNS issues. Again.

Since Saturday/Sunday, I've not been able to reach two of my domains though Virginmedia.  The domains in question are [MOD EDIT: Removed]  and [MOD EDIT: Removed]   I can access them, retrieve email and do anything I like if I go through a VPN, but that's not an ideal solution.   The same issue occurred about 18 months ago with a couple of other new domains, they weren't accessible at all and again, only though a VPN.   The issue eventually sorted itself after a few months, but these domains really do matter to me.  All domains are hosted by WebsolutionsDirect and the ones in question currently are hosted on drax.ukwebsolutionsdirect.com.

Any ideas who or where I can turn for an informed response?

It's a similar story with cestria.com, so I'll not bother posting the results for that.  That I can reach as far as 'te-1-49.xs2a.man4.uk.m247.ro' from VM implies to me that the issue might actually be with Web Solutions Direct, who are m247 and I should persue them for a solution.  On the other hand, I can do anything I wish with my domain if I choose to connect via a VPN and that tells me it's a VM issue.

I wish I knew more about this stuff, please forgive my ignorance.    Any ideas on who to push on this?
