My VM Connect app cannot find my Hub 3. This has not been a problem previously. I have deleted and reloaded the app. I have also deleted the wifi from my phone and re-connected. The wifi is working fine for all other purposes. The mobile phone uses the router for mobile calls.
So why can't the Virgin Connect app find the router??

Thanks for posting, and sorry to see you're having some issues connecting to your hub via the app.
Can you confirm if you've tried installing this on a different device?
Can you also try a reset of the hub, then re-downloading the app?
Let us know if there is any change.
