Unstable Connection

Hi All

Ive just had broadband installed 1 gig with hub 5. Getting great speeds, but everytime i run a speed test on the Ookla speedtest app. Before i start it. The circle shows in yellow and says my internet connection may be unstable. Ive never experienced this before, as it is usually green and good to go. Ive tried power cycling everything, and even factory resetting hub, this hasnt changed anything. Ive tried this on other providers and even family memebers virgin broandband, no of them show this warning. Just my connection. I have FTTP.

Also i am waiting on my first wifi pod that has never arrived after over a week of waiting, after being told it would be with me in 72 hours.

All help appreciated

Which Hub do you have exactly? The Hub 5 or Hub 5X ?  For XGS-PON fibre it will be the 5X

Its the 5. Fibre comes into my house to a small white box, then coaxout from that to the hub 5
