Trying to order second wifi pod

On our wavelength

I got a free WIFI pod last year, due to having 1gb broadband, the pod worked great, until I had someone move into my back bedroom, I cannot get any signal in that room, not even enough to get the APP to detect low WIFI speeds, meaning I cannot order a second pod on the app. If I move the original one around it means it will not work in my bedroom at all.

The guy who helped me get the first one told me message him back and he would order me another one, I sent him a message a week ago but he has not replied. Is there someone who could help me order a second pod as I cannot get it to work?

Welcome back to the community forums 

Sorry to hear that there is an area in the home that has a poor signal strength. 

If has been sometime or of you're raising another issue/concern then a new thread would need to be opened, which would be one of the reasons why you've maybe not had a response. 

 

I've checked the systems at our side and cannot see any coverage concerns being flagged. Are you able to please take a Sam Knows speed test from your device in the room/area that has a weak signal and we can assist further after that. You can run the speed test here and will show us the speed at your router and WiFi connected device. Ensure you're connected to the Virgin Media network when running the test and do not have VPN enabled.

Thankyou I get 0 on virgin app. It doesnt work and either 15mb when I get a tiny connection, but mostly 0. Thanks for the help!
