This issue is still occuring. The engineer did some checks and asked me to try generic things like reseting the HUB.   Sorry to see there's been some errors with the hub, I've had a look at things from our side and it looks like we've identified a network issue and a engineer is needed.

This issue is still occuring. The engineer did some checks and asked me to try generic things like reseting the HUB. He also stated that the local cabinet may need a fan fitting due to overheating and to give it a few weeks.

I've been seeing "Intermittent signal in your area" in the status checker, which disappears the next day, for over a month now.

  Thanks for coming back to us on this one. Checking things here, the hub is showing online, power and signal levels are all within the optimal range and there is nothing showing for your area. The hub is showing an uptime of 15 days so please reboot the hub fully. This will reset the errors and refresh your connection.
  
  Keep an eye on how the connection is and let us know if you have any issues. A few timeouts isn't uncommon but do let us know what issues with the connection you're having too so we can help further.

    Over 800 timeouts in three days is not what I would consider normal.
    I will do as you ask and report back.
