T3 and T4 timeouts after outage

After a recent outage I've been seeing a lot of T3 and T4 errors.

The below is following a reboot of the HUB (5) two days ago:

The connection itself appears 'ok', however, something is amiss.

Service status shows ok sometimes, and local issues occasionally.

Would be useful to know if VM are are aware and looking into it.

Sorry to see there's been some errors with the hub, I've had a look at things from our side and it looks like we've identified a network issue and a engineer is needed.

I've popped you over a private message to get a few more details from you.

This issue is still occuring. The engineer did some checks and asked me to try generic things like reseting the HUB. He also stated that the local cabinet may need a fan fitting due to overheating and to give it a few weeks.

This is the number of errors, so far, with a HUB uptime of 8 days:
