T3 and T4 timeouts after outage

After a recent outage I've been seeing a lot of T3 and T4 errors.

The below is following a reboot of the HUB (5) two days ago:

The connection itself appears 'ok', however, something is amiss.

Service status shows ok sometimes, and local issues occasionally.

Would be useful to know if VM are are aware and looking into it.
