This issue is still occuring. The engineer did some checks and asked me to try generic things like reseting the HUB. you so have a problem with your upstream with those timeouts on the 3.1 channels.. I had this and it took MONTHS to resolve and needed an engineer to actually aknowledge those figures are not right and it was a cabinet / network issue in the end. However I was forever getting 'your levels look ok at our end'...... Also my BQM looked ok and all my 'levels' were within tollerence but my internet just used to stop for no reason... no errors in the network log either at the time it occured..
