Superhub upgrade

I have the M350 broadband package with the VOLT bolt on which takes it up to M500 (500bps).  The issue I have is I still have the superhub 3, which only give you wifi 11ac speeds (around 200bps), so on wifi I cannot benefit from the extra speed  .  How do I go about getting an upgrade to the superhub 5, which has 11ax speeds ?

A rate limiter by the sender would kick in either after a certain amount of data had been sent or on a time period.

RESOLVED

Engineer came this morning, said there was an issue with the SH3, swapped it out for a Superhub 5, and issue is solved now. Downloading at a solid 58-60 MiB/s over wifi.  downloaded a 56Gig Game in under 30 mins So looks like the Superhub 3 was the culprit.
