Engineer visited my home weeks ago and confirmed the box in the street had an issue and that a team would be out to look at it within 2 weeks. Safe to say this has not happened and I still only getting half the speed I am paying for and know the speed it is capable of. Could anyone help get a team out to deal with it?

I have checked your services on my side and I can't see any issues, everything is working normally and within spec.
Could you give us a little more information and evidence of the problems you're experiencing please?
