Got a hub 5x and every couple of months wake up to no internet. The light is solid white. There isn’t any area problems as I have checked any ideas why this keeps happening?

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having some issues with your connection and router recently. I've just checked over things on our systems and I can't detect any known issues currently that would explain this. Are these ongoing today?
As for having an issue every few months, due to how sporadic that is it's likely that each fault isn't related to one another. We'd always recommend reaching out whenever you face issues so we can investigate further.
