So , No Broadband, hence No TV since just after 10 pm last night

What's going on VIrgin.. No Broadband in SL2 since 22.00 last night. You make it as difficult as possible to register the outage and you are meagre with updates..Do Better Virgin

Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.

How are things looking currently?

There doesn't appear to be any local area outages at the moment.

Do you experience issues with wired and wireless connections?

It's only VM's Stream service that uses the internet to carry TV service.

TiVo, V6 & TV360 don't.

Of course if you are now voip for your "landline" that wont be working if there is no broadband! (discovered this afternoon when broadband went down.... again (and has now gone again in our area!- sigh!)

Has this improved since your original post and our reply JC6310? You can check here for any known area faults and run tests on your connection and equipment.
