Sent my router back still being emailed

I have sent my old virgin router back (have proof and tracking) why am I being emailed and texted? Can someone from virgin sort out thanks

Sorry to hear of the contact received regarding the return of of equipment, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.

 

Can you confirm the reason for the return of the equipment? Was it due to a disconnection or is it due to an upgrade?

How did you return it to us? Do you have the receipt still for sending it back? Please don't post it here if you do, just let us know and we can assist further.

Hi we have upgraded routers. Yes I have full proof of postage and tracking says it’s back with Virgin

Glad to hear this.

Once the warehouse does scan this in the charge will be taken and the emails will stop.

It will get scanned in within 10 working days.
