I’ve had Virgin media M500 since last weekend. All has been running great. Speeds at scan are also still fine. Went to connect the NowTv stick in our front living room to the new wifi yesterday evening for the first time. It tells me the wireless connection is too weak. But the scan on my phone shows the speed being completely fine in that area of the room. I’m totally clueless so if anyone could offer advice on what to do to resolve this I’d be very grateful. Thank you 😊

Is the NowTv stick behind the TV, plugged directly into a HDMI port?
Maybe try a HDMI extension cable to ensure the stick is in front of TV to get a better signal.
