SE6 Outage - Area 21

Had no internet since about 9am this morning. Have had to try and walk my Dad through restarting the router and factory resetting it (not the pinhole method the one via the router CP). Apparently it has flashing blue lights. I spoke to an advisor who says there is an outage in my area but according to the service status there are no known outage where i live. I have a technician booked for tomorrow but am concerned that i have just been fobbed off.

Local outages may not show on the status page as it covers a huge geographic area. 

Try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level.
