My router has now got a continuous red light. I've rebooted it but it's still showing red.
Everything is working but I presume the fact it's red means there's an issue and an engineer will need to come out?

Thank you for taking the time to make us aware of the Hub issues experienced with the constant red LED, we understand the concern and you raising this via the forums.
Please can you try this for me:
• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.
• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location and out of direct sunlight, if possible.
If the Hub is warm or hot touch, please don't use unattended and I will send you a Private Message, please keep an eye out in the top right when signed into the forums for the envelope. This is where you will be able to find my Private Message and be able to respond.

Hi Robert P,
The router has been in the same position for years... upright, well ventilated and not in direct sunlight.
I've rebooted it but the red light still comes back on.
It's a bit warm.
