Ring doorbell won’t connect to Hub 3

Hi, 

We have had a ring doorbell for about 8 months, and could previously easily get it connected to our VM WiFi (we have hub 3) After the last battery recharge it won’t connect. We have tried the solution in the below post renaming the SSID’s but it didn’t work.- https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Networking-and-WiFi/Impossible/td-p/5516077

We have tried uninstalling device, restarted WiFi, restarted mobiles and nothing seems to work. Any help greatly appreciated

Do check it has not stopped working because someone Paused it with the VM Connect app
