I have a hub3 and 3 WiFi pods (the new white hexagonal ones)
The pods were working but the signal was weak in parts of my home so I decided to try them in different locations.
After doing that and restarting everything the hub can’t locate the pods and won’t reinstall them - I just keep getting a message saying “we can find your pod” and to contact help.
I’ve tried putting them back where they were working (albeit not very well) and it still can’t find them AT ALL!
Gah! I’m so frustrated - I wish I hadn’t joined Virgin. I’ve tried several times and it took ages to get them to send 3 pods but the service is still rubbish 😞

I left the pods plugged in and the system has reconnected them by itself.
the signal is still less than ideal but at least they’re working
