Help please. Router has had a red light for over 2 months and is hot to touch. I have tried factory reset and all other tips found on this forum.
i have been pulling my hair out trying to get through to talk to an advisor with no success. Chat bot sucks and just send you round in circles. Can someone from Virgin please help?
