So my hub 3 that I’ve had since 2019 and now the red light is staying on I’ve called in but was told to wait for 24 hrs as my connection is dropping I go away on holiday soon and need it sorting everything says the rooter is overheating but I need it on for the cctv ect. The room is cool and sits at 17oC with air conditioning rooter makes a horrid grinding noise photo including any advice anyone

Power it down for five minutes and try again. If still red it's fried and you need a replacement hub via another call to VM on 0345 454 1111 / 150.

Run the Network diagnostic tool ( from the Hub 3 menu )
Scroll down through the results and find the Temperature entry. Is it normal ?
