My home hub 3 is showing constant red light after reset and turning on and off. It is not hot to the touch though I understand it could mean it is overheating. Need help as it is not changing from red after multiple resets and I feel uncomfortable about the idea of it overheating. Do I need a new Hub, or engineer?

I am so sorry to hear that you have faced this issue with a red light on the Hub and thank you for trying the reset. We are so sorry this has not resolved things for you. I do think it would be best we arrange an engineer to come and take a look, I will pop you a private message now so we can take a look.
