Red light on Hub 3.0

Hiya, My Virgin Hub 3.0 router has had a solid red light for the past day and I was wondering if this issue could be resolved, please? I did a factory reset with a pin and turned it off overnight y...

I'm having the same issues with my Hub 3.0 displaying a solid red light consistently.

- Hot to the touch

- Internet is patchy

- I've switched it on & off multiple times

Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

    Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
    Sorry to hear you're having an issue with the red light on your Hub3
    I'd like to investigate this for you and arrange a swap.

    In the meantime can you please ensure the Hub3 is well ventilated and away from any direct sources of heat.
    If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
    If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
