I'm away from home at the moment and the family are having trouble with dropping internet (Blackpool)
Any chance you can remote reboot my Superhub 3 please?

They cannot turn off an electrical device at the wall, then back on?

What are you a undercover spy and can't contact your family directly?
Maybe the hub reset so thats a reason a reboot will not help if you change wifi password or had port forwarding setup in which case you should use modem mode

Our Hub 3 is not rebooted from one month to the next.
If you are having issues with the internet service, check for faults in your street.
