I recently contacted virgin media due to the lag of WiFi my house was getting and the people at virgin said they would make an appointment for pods to arrive but in the app nor the website it says I have no appointments and the pods have not arrived. Please help!

First of all I am sorry to hear that you need the pod to help improve your WiFi signal and furthermore I am sorry that you've not received a pod and for the poor customer experience you've reported.
